what we collect: nothing.
Billable has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party services. We operate no servers. Nothing you enter in Billable is ever transmitted to Kelu IT or anyone else.
where your data lives.
Clients, work sessions and settings are stored on your device. If you're signed into iCloud, the data syncs through your private iCloud database — encrypted in transit and accessible only to your Apple ID, never to us. Apple's handling of iCloud data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy (apple.com/legal/privacy).
location.
If you enable auto-tracking, Billable uses your device's location to start and stop timers at client locations you define. Location processing happens entirely on your device — locations are never sent anywhere.
notifications.
Reminders and auto-tracking alerts are generated locally on your device.
exports.
When you export or share your data (CSV, JSON, reports, images), it goes only where you send it.
invoice emails (optional).
If you email an invoice or payment reminder from Billable, the invoice details (your business details, the client's name and email address, session descriptions, amounts, and the invoice PDF) are transmitted through our mail relay and delivered by Resend (resend.com), our email provider. This happens only when you tap send, only for that invoice, and nothing is stored on our relay. If you never use invoice emails, no data ever leaves your device except through your own iCloud.
deleting your data.
Settings → Data → Erase all data removes everything from your device and your iCloud database. Deleting the app removes local data; iCloud data can also be cleared in iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud.
