every hour,billed.

[ recording ] you've been on this page 00:00 — that's $0.00 at $180/hr. we'll waive it.

An hours tracker for people who bill by the hour — one-tap timer, per-client rates, breaks that don't bill. Walk into a client's office and the clock can even start itself. And when the work's done, it writes the invoice.

track without thinking

One tap and the clock is running — live in the Dynamic Island and on your lock screen, with Siri and the Action Button on standby. Breaks pause the money, not your day. Manual entries catch the sessions you forgot to time.

clock in by walking in

Give a client a location and a radius. Arrive, and the timer starts itself; leave, and the session saves. Accidental drive-bys get discarded. Fully optional — and your location never leaves the phone.

bill every hour

Per-client rates with proper rounding rules. Rates freeze the moment a session saves, so a rate rise never rewrites history — and the unbilled total always knows who owes you time.

// overdue? one tap: remind · mark paid

05

invoice it

Turn unbilled hours into a PDF invoice — ABN, GST and payment terms handled — and email it to the client without leaving the app. The Billing tab watches what's owed: overdue invoices get a one-tap reminder or mark-paid, and sessions mark themselves billed so nothing gets charged twice.

Your clients, sessions and rates live on your device and sync through your own private iCloud — encrypted, tied to your Apple ID, invisible to us. We couldn't read your data if we wanted to, and we've gone out of our way not to want to.

// one asterisk: emailing an invoice sends that invoice through our mail relay to reach your client — only when you tap send, never stored.

fair questions, straight answers.

// anything else? the support form is one scroll away.

is my data really private?

Yes — there's nothing to collect. Billable has no accounts and no analytics. Your clients, sessions and rates live on your device and sync through your own private iCloud, which we can't see and couldn't open if we wanted to. The one exception: if you email an invoice from the app, that invoice travels through our mail relay to reach your client — only when you tap send, and nothing is stored.

how does the location clock-in work?

Give a client a location and a radius. When you arrive, the timer starts; when you leave, the session saves itself. Visits shorter than the client's minimum-visit setting are discarded, so a drive-by never becomes an invoice line. It's off by default, set per client, and your location never leaves the phone.

will auto-tracking flatten my battery?

No. It uses Apple's geofencing rather than constant GPS — iOS only wakes the app when you cross a fence you've defined, so the battery cost is negligible.

does it sync between my devices?

Yes — through your private iCloud. Same Apple ID, same clients and sessions everywhere, no extra account to create.

can it do the invoice too?

Yes — end to end. Unbilled hours become a PDF invoice with ABN, GST, payment terms and your business details, emailed straight to the client from the app. The Billing tab tracks what's owed and what's overdue, with one-tap reminders and mark-paid. Sessions mark themselves billed the moment the invoice is made, so nothing ever gets charged twice.

what does it cost?

It's free.

when can i download it?

It's on its way to the App Store now. The moment it's approved, the “coming soon” badge at the top of this page becomes a real download button.
